MY JOB: VIDEOGRAPHER and in charge of equipment
The first major group project will consist of a completed video project shot with either the Canon XA10 or Sony NEX-FS700. You will be allowed to supplement your principle video sequences with an additional video camera, but only for B-Roll or supporting shots.
** Total edited video must be between 1:30 and 2:00 minutes (not including credits) **
Determine a Topic related to some aspect of Agriculture
Write a detailed script that includes location, major sequence information, and any applicable interview questions.
Create a shot-list based off of your script
You must include an audio track as background to support your video.
You must have a beginning title sequence
You must incorporate at least one “bottom-third” overlay
You must include ending/final credits
Final video must be rendered as H.264-1080p 29.97
You must use a tripod for any steady shots (no hand-held stills)
Limit of 3 still images. Must incorporate some animated movement or resizing.
Use appropriate audio and video transitions
Must include on-camera interview or voice-over narration.
