My project was over how to reduce your sodium intake without completely changing your lifestyle (focused toward fifty years and older). I chose this topic because I know that sodium is in almost everything we eat today, it is almost impossible to avoid in fact. It interests me how a diet can be completely changed if you were to switch up or substitutes just a couple foods a day.
