This is a new story I wrote for my News Writing and Gathering class. It is about recent students being fined for using handicap placards illegally on campus. It was an issue that increased during creating times at Tarleton State Univesity. I was inspired to write this story because I wanted to help our police department with spreading this information so they can lessen the use of illegal handicap placards on campus.
