Last summer I went to the SWATA convention in Arlington and was able to see old and new faces. I took many of the sessions for the students to better prepare me for looking for jobs and updating my resume. I took part in the mock interview session that was offered and was given some really good advice and tips on how i could improve and it also boosted my self confidence with how well i composed myself in the mock interviews. I made a lot of connections with Athletic Trainers from high schools and caught up with some Athletic trainers that i already knew from clinical experiences and being exposed to during setting throughout my education. The Meet and greet and ranger stadium was a great way to connect with other grad students from different universities.
