Lunch and Learn- Health and Habits. Autumn, who is a nutritionist, presented a powerpoint over the importance of nutrition. She highlighted do's and don'ts of a diet, vitamins and herbs that should be taken, tips of eating clean on a budget, and definitions of fats, carbohydrates, proteins. I also learned how a routine is set into a cycle: cue, routine, reward. Autumn's presentation was very informative and straight to the point.
