Most important meal is breakfast. No matter if you’re an athlete or doing weight lose. muscle stays catabolic if there is no breakfast. You have to distribute protein throughout the day. A normal adult maintain a normal body weight the most important meals is breakfast and dinner. 1st meal should be fairly high in proteins, 2nd doesn’t have to be so high, and 3rd should be the highest meal of proteins.
