The Harbor Lakes Easter Brunch was a fun-filled event we hosted on Easter day for our members. Our Executive Chef and staff, Food and Beverage Manager, General Manager, and I worked out the details of the menu, floor layouts, and our overall plan to execute this event in the easiest way. The key to this event was going to be staying organized and paying attention to details. We had almost 200 reservations and I will gladly say we hosted a successful day.
