I took a course named Food and Culture in the Fall of 2017 at Tarleton State University. Each week we studied a different culture from regions all over the world. We discussed lifestyles, religion, politics, geography, history, but we mainly discussed food. We also hosted two public events in our lab which included six full kitchens. I learned food is a fun and unique way of exploring other cultures.
