During early March when COVID-19 got in the way, the world was forced to be in quarantine. I had to get a little creative with my daily workouts using no equipments. I will say it was hard in the beginning but after pushing myself for a few weeks, I was able to accomplish my workouts with no problems. I struggle the most in pushups so I made it a point to include pushups every day to overcome that struggle. I often went to my family lake house during weekends so I took the time to have Friday, Saturday and Sundays off.
