This weekly workout log has helped me reach my short-term goals as well as keep track of my progress. Since I've started working out last November, I've been able to gain 12 lbs and become stronger. My focus changed from doing a lot of cardio to the weight machines. My flexibility and endurance has also increased as I'm taking more time warming up and cooling down.


In addition, hiking at the Cedar Ridge Preserve has allow me to create a stronger relationship with my mom. She has been with me since day one and motivates me to keep going. At the same time, hiking gives me the opportunity to explore the outdoors and strengthen my environmental domain of wellness.


It is still a work in progress, but hopefully I'll be able to reach my goals. I'm planning on keep doing exercise and continue to focus on my well being.
