I helped set up the beverage and snack bars for a large event that came to the lodge. We began to set up at 5 A.M. and this included brewing the coffee and tea, cutting the lemons and limes, filling the tubs with ice, and setting out the snacks. We transported all of the items from the main lodge to the pavilion where the event was taking place. We refreshed the room throughout the day and changed their morning snacks to their afternoon snacks during the lunch break.
Break down for this event included gathering all of the trash, dirty dishes, and food and bringing it back to the lodge to be disposed of properly.
