I achieved a Heat Illness Prevention certificate. It will help me maintain students and make sure I am helping them perform to the best of their abilities. Preventing any harm/injury from the heat. This will work with clients as well because if I need to train them outside I will know certain signs. Using specific equipment or exercises outside could be a strain and this way I will know exactly how to handle this type of scenario.
