For this project, we had to successfully execute the 2017 Central Texas Wedding Expo. I was a member of the Operations Team in which we were in charge of logistics and the behind the scenes work. We created a budget forecast, booth designs, vendor information spreadsheets, and advertisement writings. On the day of the Expo, we helped set up the event space, check in vendors, handle vendor relations, run registration, and work booths. We put together a twenty minute presentation following the Expo explaining our work, what we did, how we did it, and what we could have done better. The PowerPoint Presentation is attached.
